Even with the Paw Paw waterproof eye sealer, it refused to leave pigment without pressing super hard in the pan. Shame because its such a pretty color!

After testing out a number of the AOA metallic shades, I was confused by the texture of "storm". It is a very dry formula. I really dislike the feel of it compared to the other metallic shades I tried. Because it wasn't creamy, I really had to press into the pan to get a lot of color and I think this might have already caused some hard-pan. That said, it is pigmented. So I am conflicted. Its pretty but I hate the texture and wish it was more creamy.
