not made to be, but not waterproof, at all! when the smallest amount of water comes in contact, it starts falling off in rubber-like balls. doesn’t smudge unless you push super hard. a light touch makes it rub off like rubber. recommend for people who have sensitive skin and can’t spend a lot of time rubbing the makeup off their eyes/face. super small wand, doesn’t have the best clump control but it’s not horrible. 8/10, but definitely recommend

Never knew how much I needed this
The tiny wand makes application so even and easy. I have thin lashes from a medical condition and the small wand is perfect for covering my lashes.
I am so glad Shop Miss A has this. The wand is skinny which is exactly what I need for my non existent asian bottom lashes. I also like the formula! It is very black and it lengthens my lashes well. It is very easy to wash off too and I love that about it because waterproof mascara is just too hard to remove for me.
