Not Sticky, Very Shiny

Really love the texture of this gloss. It isn't sticky at all and is super hydrating. Creates a wonderful shine with a little sparkle. Good alone or over a lip color. I got Acai.

Not sticky, moisturizing, glossy

Love the Tapioca color. It’s the perfect nude color on me and reminds me of the Tower28 gloss/lip jelly and I am back to order more! This stuff is exactly what I wanted. It sticks around for a while too on my lips. I like the bottle and applicator as well. It’s the perfect bliss/balm/lip oil hybrid (to me) and easy to open and hold due to the design of the top. Definitely a great buy.

Not sticky, shiny, and hydrating!

I hate sticky lip glosses and this is not sticky at all. Goes on smooth, feels like a gloss/balm/oil combo. Very pretty shiny finish. Great on its own or as a topper.
