Not What I Wanted

I ordered 6 - $10.00 gift cards for my nieces for Christmas stockings. I assumed I would receive the cards in the mail since I had to pick out which design I wanted on the card, but instead got e-gift cards to my email. They are only valid online. It is listed on the site, but I didn't read that first. Now what I intended to be a $10.00 gift will be about $4.00 worth of product by the time you add shipping costs and their shipping guarantee fee. I emailed for customer service to cancel, but haven't heard anything back...Pay attention!

Don’t purchase during sales

I wanted to buy myself stuff plus get my friends gift cards for Christmas at the same time. Instead of giving me 2 $25 gift cards, it sent me 2 $10 ones. I thought something was weird when I didn’t get charged above $50 just for those. I just want to post this so others see it before they check out and then realize. Other than that, my friends were able to purchase at least $10 worth of stuff so I’m happy.

The worst experience

I bought a gift card and this is the only place I know that charges to buy a gift card. It's not tax, it is a $1.98 to buy a gift card. I bought it for my daughter then when I took her shopping no one at the store knew how to use the gift card, did not know if it could even be used, and blew us off like it didn't matter. I will not buy from them again.
