Ripped off my nipples!!!!!

I’ve worn these pasties before with no issue but after work I went to gently remove the pasties and even with how slow I was pulling it still ripped off my skin, my nipples were bleeding and EXTREMELY sore after. I’m now left with a heart shaped scab around my nipples.
